The payment of subsidies must be in respect of the following water related activities: the reparation of damage to the natural agricultural resources or soil conservation works which has been caused by a flood or any disaster caused by natural forces the restoration of the eroded, disturbed, denuded or damaged land the planting and cultivation of particular crops that improve soil fertility or counteract the vulnerability of soil to erosion. 9.
